Smoothie, Fruit, Blenders, Vitamix

I’m constantly on the look out for any, and everything that can help me have more energy, feel stronger, and enhance my general health. There are so many companies pushing miracle diets and mystical pills, that claim to make you lose weight, feel better, look younger..you name it. It’s all a bunch of crap…scams to empty our pockets, and fill the sellers. I was so sick and tired of the never ending health as a fad.. chatter. Then I experienced what all the green smoothie hype was about..now I’m hooked. This is real food..healing and transformative.

Along with exercising, the magic bullet for staying healthy and vibrant are green smoothies. If the right ingredients are used, green smoothies can boost our immune system, restore gut health, make our skin glow, help us loose weight and achieve overall good health. It is important that we are very selective when purchasing smoothies, green and otherwise from juice bars and eateries. Many of these places claim to make healthy smoothies and juices, but they end up being full of sugars, and very low quality veggies and fruits. Its always a good practice to make your own green smoothies whenever possible.

If you’re on the road and you decide to indulge in a smoothie, or fresh pressed juice, seek out organic establishments, and health food stores. It still wouldn’t hurt to ask if the greens and other ingredients are organic or pesticide free. The beauty of green smoothies is that they can be full meals. They also can be tailor made to address various aliments, cleansing, and rejuvenation of the body. Here I’m sharing five of my go to smoothie recipes for overall well being.

There’s also one key ingredient that can be added to all of your green smoothies to give them an amazing health boost. It’s called Hawaiian spirulina. I use this in every green smoothie I make. It will boost your energy levels. It also provides immune system support, and support to nearly every single organ and bodily function…it’s definitely a game changer.

Including quality green smoothies in your daily diet, or at least 3-4 times a week can be a sure way of getting the nutrients that your body needs to thrive. It’s that extra boost that helps me to stay strong, keep my weight in check, and help me with my glow up…winning!

Also guys, if your looking to purchase a quality blender, that you’ll have for many years to come, get yourself a Vitamix. I’ve had this dream machine for six years now, and it is amazing. Smoothies, frozen cocktails, hot soups..it does it all with ease.

I hope you all enjoyed this post, and will go forth and get your green smoothie on! Your body deserves it!
