Summer 2021: 5 Dress Styles To Add To Your Wardrobe

Summer time, and the livings easy. I say there’s nothing easier than a nice cool dress during the warmer months. One of the styles that I’m seeing a plethora of this season, are the super light weight maxi and midi dresses, like the one I’m wearing here. They’re almost tissue paper thin, and I’m here for it all. This season has also seen the return of the nap dress, which I personally feel will be around for a very long time.

Another one of my faves this season is the cut away styles. They’re just so darn sexy. Whether the dress be a knit bodycon or a cotton button up situation, ladies we can’t go wrong by adding one to our lineup. I say add at least two. Florals, gingham print, maxis and midis, give me all the beautiful dresses.

Best of all, there’s still time to snag yourself a few super cute summer dresses for those brunch dates, travel or even to wear to work, now that many of us are back in the office. I’ll also like to add, never feel like you can’t wear your strapless, spaghetti strap or somewhat sheer dresses into the office. Keep a lightweight half slip and a tankini type bra for your sheer dresses, and a light weight jacket or even a large scarf or shawl, to cover bare shoulders.
